ARCLIST
Common questions

ArcList, answered.

ArcList is a cross-listing tool for resellers. List an item once and it posts to eBay, Depop, Grailed and Poshmark. Here's how it works and what it costs.

After a sale

What happens when something sells?

ArcList takes the item down from your other marketplaces, so you don't sell it twice. This runs while the ArcList tab is open and in front in desktop Chrome. If it isn't sure the sale is yours, it waits for you to confirm.

How does ArcList know something sold?

eBay reports sales through its API. The extension checks Depop, Grailed and Poshmark roughly every 10 to 15 minutes while desktop Chrome is open. ArcList does not read your email.

How fast is the delist?

A few minutes, with ArcList open in desktop Chrome. If the ArcList tab is in the background, delists wait until you return to it. If one fails for good, ArcList emails you.

Marketplaces and setup

Which marketplaces are live today?

eBay, Depop, Grailed and Poshmark. You also get your own shop on arclist.store, on from the start, and your listings publish there too.

Why is there a Chrome extension?

Depop, Grailed and Poshmark have no publishing API. The extension fills in their listing forms in your desktop Chrome, signed in as you. eBay doesn't need it.

What does setup involve?

eBay connects through its own sign-in. Depop, Grailed and Poshmark post through the ArcList Chrome extension in desktop Chrome. Add the extension from a download, then stay signed in to those three sites in that Chrome. If you only sell on eBay, you can skip it.

Listing

How does cross-listing work in ArcList?

You create a listing once, and ArcList publishes it to each marketplace you've connected. It matches your size and category to each platform's own options.

How are the AI listings written?

Upload photos and ArcList drafts the title, brand, size, material and condition. It suggests a price too, estimated by AI from the brand, condition and item type. Nothing publishes until you approve it.

Can I list in bulk?

Yes. Select several listings and publish them together, or schedule them by day, time and items per run. A scheduled run only fires while the ArcList tab is open and in front.

What does Reoptimize do?

It refreshes a stale listing. ArcList takes it down everywhere, rewrites it from the photos, and publishes it again. You choose which listings, one at a time or in a batch.

Pricing

How does the free trial work?

Free for 30 days, no card needed. After that it's $8.90 a month to keep publishing. Your listings and data stay in your account either way.

Is there more than one plan?

No. One plan, $8.90 a month plus sales tax where it applies, with every feature included.

Does ArcList take a cut of my sales?

Not on eBay, Depop, Grailed or Poshmark sales, and their own fees stay the same. If an item sells on your arclist.store shop, you pay 1.5% of the item price.

Your account

How do I cancel?

Cancel any time in Settings. You keep access until your paid month ends, and partial months aren't refunded. Listings already live stay up on the marketplaces.

What do you do with my marketplace logins?

ArcList doesn't use your marketplace passwords. eBay connects through eBay's own sign-in, and Depop, Grailed and Poshmark work through your signed-in Chrome. The eBay access token is stored encrypted.

Can this get my marketplace accounts restricted?

It can happen. The extension types and clicks at human speed, and scheduled runs space listings about 90 seconds apart. eBay goes through its official API. ArcList can't promise a marketplace won't restrict your account.
