Signing in

On the iPhone app you can sign in with Apple, with an emailed six-digit code, or with your email and password. If a code does not arrive, check your spam folder, then request a new one. Forgot your password? Reset it here.

Deleting your account

In the iPhone app, open Settings, then Account, then Delete account. On the web it is under Settings, Account, Your data. Deleting removes your listings, photos and connected marketplace logins from ArcList. It does not remove listings already posted on eBay, Depop, Grailed or Poshmark; delist those on each site first. See the privacy policy for what we keep and for how long.

Reporting a listing or a seller

In the app's Store tab, press and hold an item, or open it and tap the ••• button, then choose Report listing or Block seller. Blocking hides that seller's items from your Store tab straight away. Every report is reviewed by a person, and listings that break the terms are removed. You can also email lucca.walls@arclist.ai with a link.

Orders on arclist.store

Items on arclist.store are sold by independent sellers. For a problem with an order, reply to your order confirmation email, or email lucca.walls@arclist.ai with the order number.
